“Payed a large sum of money for a fire and only after purchasing was I told it was out of stock. Was due to come mid July but didn’t come until early august”

“Recently, I purchased and updated my Carbon monoxide ALARM, from Direct Stoves, product was exactly what it said on the box and, delivery service . and communication on the telephone was perfect.”

“Haven’t used the stove yet as it’s for an out building I haven’t built yet but I’ve taken out of packaging to have a look and the stove looks better in real life than in all the pics. Modern looking really well made heavy with a great finish. Product was well packed also to prevent damage. Took around five working days to arrive which was what was advised. No complaints at all so it has to be a 5 ⭐️ rating.”

“Everyone one I dealt with at direct stoves very helpful called in the shop and spoke to a guy called Damian ordered log burner and it was delivered 2 days later thanks everyone at direct stoves”

“I am happy with the my log burner, and only now trying it out. Seems to be working well. But there is no instructions manual around how to use it. The delivery came a day before the date arranged luckily I was home.”
