“Very pleased with the fire. Staff are very polite and helpful. Delivery driver was also very polite and helpful. The only reason it’s not a five is because the instructions for arranging the coals and logs was not clear to me.”

“Purchased an Axon wood stove from Direct Stove, after a quick call to ensure it was in stock and could be arranged on a certain date - order was placed online - delivery in the morning as requested - looks great - just waiting to use in as the nights draw in. I would have preferred a glove to a mitten to open/close the stove door.”

“Bought our stove from Direct Stoves. Stove was a great price - we'd shopped around and this was very competitive Had to wait a wee bit as we'd arranged the 2 man delivery. Guys were really good when they came and everything was in order. Can't wait till winter now!”

“After a slight disagreement about the meaning of "in stock" ( I assumed "in stock" meant that the stove was at least in this country, rather than with the supplier in Italy ready for shipping), I was rather "sat-on" but very relieved when the delivery arrived within the initially promised lead-time...my vision of the stove doing a Grand Tour of the Great Capitals of Europe before finally clearing the U.K border was unjustified. Apologies to the patient lady at Direct Stoves who tried to reassure my rather sceptical self that the delivery would be on time...she was proved right.”

“We recently bought a Saltfire peanut 5 from Direct Stoves. It arrived on time (unusual in Cornwall) but was unfortunately slightly damaged. Absolutely no problem arranging a replacement and return, and very pleased with the stove itself. Excellent service.”

“Direct stoves did exactly what they say. Delivered on date requested great communication throughout. Matched the price match as I found the same fire slightly cheaper. I would definitely recommend Direct Stoves.”
