“No information received on the delivery, considering size and weight etc.(perhaps I missed it?) One part is damaged, but not a big deal as can glue back on? Spending this sort of money the spacers for fire bricks should have been included. Just honest comments, you asked!”

“I carried out quite a lot of research on log burners and had guidance from my log burner fitter - the Mi Fires Skiddaw was also recommended by him. It is a very neat 5k log burner and looks great and easy to light. I recommend checking out Hetas website for first time log burner owner - tips on best way to light. Great log burner.”

“After being messed around by another stove company extending the delivery time by 2 months, Direct Stoves had my log burner in stock, we agreed on the price & it was delivered within a matter of days. Professional, swift and they did what they said. Very pleased!”
