Hi, Thanks for your review and for the positive feedback despite the issue with delivery. We're sorry to hear that the delivery was not made on the expected date. Our shipping partners do try to meet requested delivery dates as closely as we can, though this is ultimately dependent upon the courier in question and there are admittedly instances where it may be necessary to rearrange. Where there is a problem with delivery, we often recommend giving our dispatch team a call so that we can address any issues as quickly and completely as possible. “Speedy if not miraculous delivery, condition of the stove exceeds expectation, an excellent price and really helpful customer services (there was a missing gasket and it was replaced 3 days later) I can not fault them at all and would be happy to recommend”

“The stove was dispatched around 1 hour from ordering and it was delivered on the day requested. I ordered a Portway ARUNDEL model. The stove is great quality for the money so overall I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend. ( still waiting for the stove to be fitted so unable to comment on the use ability) .”

“Nice wood burner. The delivery man left it outside on a pallet on the drive - wasn't allowed to help me get it in the house. It weighs a ton! Managed to struggle it into the porch with a sack barrow then left it to the fitter and his Mate to get it in the correct room in the house. Now fitted, it looks brilliant.”

In terms of delivery, and as specified on our website, the drivers arranged through our free one-man delivery service are not insured to unpack or carry items into the house. This is due to the weight and size of many of our stoves. We currently offer two-man delivery as an option for many of our stoves, which would enable delivery into a room of the customer's choosing. Where this may be of interest and if there are any queries or concerns in terms of shipping, we generally recommend that customers contact us for more information.
