“The incorrect stove was originally sent, but was replaced within a week. However, the actual delivery was more problematic than anything else. The stoves are incredibly heavy and they deliver to the door. You really need some help for the delivery, which can add to the cost.”

“We live very remotely and was told, nicely but repeatedly my very long gravel drive may have my stove left at the entrance gate, this is absolutely ok with us as its a normal thing for large item deliveries. The day arrived, no show, we were further away than anticipated but coming on Saturday, again not unusual for us. Saturday truck reversed all the way up to the house, grate came off on a low loader and left at shed gate. PERFECT, thank you. Worth saying the stove arrives pre assembled (glass inserted) and well wrapped on a solid pallet secure from the elements, we had to leave it outdoors for a few days while friends were arranged to lift it into the house. No problem. Great experience Stoves direct could not have gone any better from start to Finnish.”

“Pre-delivery service was fine but when the truck appeared with the stove. There was no tail lift on the truck and there was no pallet lifter. Had to come home from the work and help driver man handle 150kg package off back of lorry and into my garage 😡.”
