“No issues with the product - just communication. So when a 130kg stove arrives at your house on a pallet it would have been good to have some notice do my 5’2” tall wife did not have to deal with the “problem” .”

“Had our Portway Arundel stove now for about three months and just managed to install it a few days ago. Had a lot of work to do in the hearth and chimney stack. Installed a new liner and insulated with vermiculite. We are very happy with the outcome. Stove is efficient and clean and we are hoping to burn only well seasoned hardwood logs. The only issue so far is the the glass marks quite badly even with the airwash vent open and bottom one closed.”

“Direct Stoves were very helpful and efficient, however, I had requested that the courier contact me before making the delivery, but sadly that did not happen and they tried to deliver when we were away. I had to contact them and agree an alternative date when we would be in. However, this worked and the driver was most helpful. Finally, the Vita Max wood oven is brilliant. Regards. Neil”

“This is an amazing product, very good quality. The people at Direct Stoves have been great to deal with every step of the way, from placing the order right through to arranging delivery. The oven came a bit earlier than expected, we knew it was a long lead time when we placed the order. The phone call to say it had arrived and was ready for delivery was unexpected but very much welcomed! We are now using the oven on an almost daily basis, and just loving the outdoor cooking experience! Thank you! FIVE STARS!”
