Arrived on date promised and installed easily. Throws out some good heat, although we have hardly used it due to hot weather. Easy to clean and looks great.

the first time heating up the BBQ the grill warped and bent. Bit dissapointing as spent alot of money on this masonry bqq for this to happen.

For general reference, Buschbeck recommend starting with a small flame as immediate, intense changes in temperature can sometimes cause parts to crack or warp. Where problems are observed with any products received, we would generally suggest notifying our customer service team ASAP so that they can address any concerns as quickly and completely as they can. Fab from ordering to delivery. Stove and 2 kits were purchased, everything was there, no problem with missing parts. Stove is lovely looks great in our lounge. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend Direct Stoves.

Don’t bother!! Purchased an original cover for a Grillstream Smash Grill which is a certain style. Wrong cover received, Direct Stoves organised for DPD to collect- all good at that point however that was as good as it got. There was no notification to say that had received the incorrect cover back despite numerous emails to say DPD had collected it. I then spoke with Direct Stoves who checked their system and stated the correct cover will be sent out and apologies offered. A few days later another email stating their warehouse people had made a mistake and as such they did not have my cover in. There was no indication as to when it would be in and no offer of a refund. I then rang them again and was told I need to email in and request a refund. The order was placed on 13th April 2025 refund finally received 1st May 2025. Not impressed at all at the lack of customer service. Went elsewhere and received the correct cover within 2 days of ordering.

We can see that the incorrect cover had been dispatched and that our team arranged for this to be collected ASAP once notified. Because we did not have physical stock of the correct cover at that time, it will have been necessary to put this on back-order with the supplier. Under the circumstances, we can appreciate your decision to request cancellation and a refund, and we are glad to hear that you were able to source the burner cover in question. I called both direct Stoves and direct fireplaces looking for advice. Both were extremely helpful. I purchased an insert for our new fireplace from direct stoves. Not only was it great value for money it arrived up in Scotland within 48hrs . If we decided to purchase a fire surround it will definitely be from here. They offer a great variety. Their hearths come at very competitive prices too but ours was included in our instalation price . So pleased we found this company .

We ordered our stove, they were very helpful and the stove arrived when they said it would. Our livingroom is much warmer and it's great just watching the flames. So glad we decided to get one. Thank you

We can see that you contacted our team regarding this on the 17/4/25 just before our offices closed over the bank holiday weekend. Our customer service team was in contact upon reopening on the 22/4 and the supplier has agreed to send a replacement ASAP. Very disappointed. First stove pipe adapter was delivered to the wrong address, then stove was delivered to the same wrong address. Luckily i had to intercept the stove on route. Then i had to nuy an adapter. i'm still waiting for a refund on the adapter. This must be 3 weeks ago now and several emails!!!! Come on get it sorted!

I ordered a Bushbeck Milano Masonry Oven, however, I found it was too bulky for my small garden. I contacted the customer service team to ask if I could return the item and this was dealt with without any fuss. I was charged a reasonable price for the collection and happy with the overall service. Would recommend Direct Stoves and their supplier.

Waited ages for stove it arrived broken then I had to drive 28 miles to collect broken part and fitted myself no apologies or anything offered for my time and expenses. Probably not a very good experience.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your review. We are sorry for any inconvenience relating to this order. We can see that the stove was out of stock at the point of ordering and when our Dispatch team contacted you to discuss this, you had expressed that you were happy to wait. The stove was ready for dispatch and delivery in Late January. As you intimated that you had undergone a recent surgery and were (understandably) unable to accept delivery as of yet, the supplier agreed to hold the goods until you contacted us in late February. The delivery was then arranged for early March and the Dispatch team informed you of the expected date. We appreciate that there was a component damaged in transit for which we can only apologise. While such instances are thankfully rare, we're sure that you can appreciate that this does happen on occasion. The supplier was very apologetic and made arrangements for an immediate replacement. We feel that it is prudent to mention that, as with the original delivery, we had offered a free delivery service direct to your address. Our understanding is that you had trouble confirming a date where someone would be at the property to receive delivery of the new part, which is why you had decided to make the journey to collect the item. If, having received the new part to resolve the issue, you are still in need of advice or assistance, please let our customer service team know and we will be happy to help, Kind regards, Direct Stoves & Fireplaces

Not unopened or installed the product, however, delivery was shocking. Did not arrive on delivery date after waiting in the whole day. Phoned the following day to be told they were unable to deliver to our post code on the date arranged. It would have been helpful to have received communication to this effect. The worst part was when it was delivered the following Monday the delivery driver informed me it had been sitting in the depot for a week and he had been in our area on our specified date. Terrible delivery service

We can see that you had requested delivery on the 13/4/25 and that our Dispatch team had arranged this with the supplier accordingly. We can only apologise that delivery did not take place on the 13/4 and we will inform the supplier of the driver's remarks so that this can be investigated. As per notes on your order, the goods would then have been due the following day, Friday 14/4/25. As you advised that this would not be a suitable day for receipt, the Dispatch team made arrangements for delivery on Monday 17/4 instead as the next earliest date.
