“I was a little concerned after previous reviews that the item would not be in stock but i called and they confirmed it was, they delivered it on time and well packaged. Would use them again.”

“Brilliant, exactly what we wanted. Lights easily and burns with an hypnotic flame. The warmth and glow is so relaxing. Lovely piece and well worth the money. The service from Stoves and delivery were second to none. Highly recommend them. Thanks”

“Excellent communications over the telephone and via email. Delivery driver was terrible wouldn’t help move the stoves indoors, just wanted to abandon them outside.”

“Ordered our stove, had an issue with the installer, I had to wait several months to fit with his work load Direct Stoves were more than helpful to store it. Called them when we were ready and it arrived as promised FANTASTIC service and nothing was too much bother Thanks”
