“Very happy with the Celsi electristove I bought. The only reason my score is a 4 not a 5 is the time taken to deliver an item that was supposedly "in stock" but actually turned out to be sent directly from the manufacturer. A minor point certainly, but one that I found irritating.”

“Excellent communication on delivery and product. Poor communication on enquiries rang for advice on setup and emailed but still have had no reply. Had to go elsewhere to find out what the mystery part was for as it was not in instructions. Natural Air Intake.”

“Stove as described. Delivered on time and well packaged. Easy installation. Great lower priced stove. Throws out plenty of heat. Wood burning kit makes big difference. Secondary air slide very stiff hopefully will loosen with use. Black touch up paint supplies solid and unusable. Would recommend this company”
