“We have purchased a surround/cast iron insert & gas fire in previous years from Direct Stoves, so we now needed a electric stove for our recent house move. Direct Stoves had a selection of electric stoves working to show the flame effect. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. We made a purchase and took delivery of our choice without any issues. Worth a visit, you can not beat looking at a product “In the flesh”.”

“Problem with the first order no stock at the supplier. Little bit misleading when Direct stoves website says "in stock" However this was sorted out quite quickly and my replacement order was completed satisfactory.”

“From a customer service point of view I really can’t fault this company. From ordering the stove, to dealing with an issue I had with the courier company, they were exceptional. The only small complaint I had was that the order was missing a nose cone. Whilst the team offered a replacement cone to be sent first class, this was going to be late as I was installing the stove that day. We managed with out, but it would be worthwhile to check your order for any missing parts as soon as you receive. Would highly recommend this company.”

“After quite some research, we purchased portway ardunel multi fuel stove To replace our vary old burner, Order was delivered on the promised day and tracking was perfect, but on arrival the flue and register plate was damaged but this was very quickly sorted and new replacements was sent within 2 days Would recommend direct stoves.”

“The member of staff at the Stockport branch, Tony, was courteous and very helpful, however, I had some difficulty getting through on the telephone and when placing my order I didn’t feel 100% confident that the person I was talking to knew fully what I wanted. I am very pleased with the price of the fire I chose and hopefully, it will arrive on 31st January as requested.”
