“My products took a little longer than usual to arrive, but I ordered over the holidays so was to be expected … it was worth the wait as the products are excellent quality”

“Was lied to on several occasions about shipment and then was being completely ignored when I requested a refund. Had to contact pay pal directly to obtain any communication. In the end still need to source products and was let down by very poor customer service. Honesty and manners go a long away and unfortunately in my experience, these guys have neither. Seems that by reading the comments below other buyers had the exact same problems with "Charlie". Buy with caution.”

Hi Jonathan, First of all, I would like to apologize for the issues with your order. I have had a look through your case and it seems we requested for you to double-check your address as there was no postal code added, to which we never received a response. I understand you were frustrated as you did not receive a reply to your email within 24 hours and subsequently raised a ticket with Paypal. We do not have full-time customer service staff on the weekend hence the delayed response. We did refund your payment immediately upon request so I am failing to see why you have given us a 1-star review. Kind regards DP Team

“I have my order in the customs, I've reported that January 21 to Direct Petites, since that day it's been hell to contact them. I've send multiple e-mails asking for help, since they say in the site they'll help if something like this happens. That's proved to be untrue since the last e-mail they replied was a week ago. I'm really disappointed.”

“We finally received our order but both bottles were broken. The bow was in good shape and the bottles wrapped in bubble wrap but the bottom of 1 vial was shattered and the top half off on the second vial. Has me wondering if they froze when in the mail system. Has this happened to anyone else in Canada? The company has been e-mailed now just waiting for them to respond.”

“I paid for the products from the UK and the company ships from the UK, so it took 3-4 days to arrive which is reasonable. Just marking it down slightly based on communication. You think you are being scammed due to so many bad reviews on here and other websites but I can confirm they are legit. I think it would just take better communication from their end and to make it more clear if you do not buy from the countries they ship from ie Uk and USA that potentially can be seized or have issues with customs. I see on here a lot of buyers are not from the UK who have issues so I can only think its a handful of them that have had problems. With so many bad reviews you think its a scam but as of today 26/01 my peptides arrived they where packaged well and kept cold. Thank you.. Will buy again”

“I paid for my order but, it's been on hold for more than a week now, despite providing multiple emails with proof of payment. Email responses are just the same copy/paste stating that the payment was not received... Meanwhile, the phone number is always off. Customer support is non-existent!”
