“Usually I receive really great products from this company. This year was the first time in 6 years that I received my product premixed. I could tell instantly that the product was not good due to the fact that I have always had flushing previously when using. After several sun exposures, no color. I reached out to the company explaining that the batch I received must be not good and they were very prompt with their response to send a new product from the latest batch. After that email I never received follow up regarding the product being sent. No one will respond to my emails and no new product. Money down the drain. Used to be a good company but I guess things have changed.”
“We finally received our order but both bottles were broken. The bow was in good shape and the bottles wrapped in bubble wrap but the bottom of 1 vial was shattered and the top half off on the second vial. Has me wondering if they froze when in the mail system. Has this happened to anyone else in Canada? The company has been e-mailed now just waiting for them to respond.”
“The first transaction went well with great communication and quick responses. However, for my second transaction, responses have taken a long time, payment was not as smooth, and I'm still waiting on confirmation and shipment. Perhaps the time difference and weekends are hard to work through?”

It's not Direct Peptides who make the carrier, but it's Direct Peptides who choose the carrier. I think they need to change carrier.

“Extremely annoying to pay. You have to make an international wire transfer through your bank or pay with bitcoin. You cant pay through paypal or with your card like a normal site. That alone is a bit suspicious. I dont have bitcoin so it was a real hassle. The product (bpc157 premixed pen) arrived pretty fast and worked I think, but who knows maybe it was just water and a placebo effect? I dont have a lab at home for chemical analysis. Would be great if someone could actually analyze their peptides to see if they are the real deal.”
