I have my order in the customs, I've reported that January 21 to Direct Petites, since that day it's been hell to contact them. I've send multiple e-mails asking for help, since they say in the site they'll help if something like this happens. That's proved to be untrue since the last e-mail they replied was a week ago.
I'm really disappointed.
