There was no indication that additional custom fees would be added. Of an order of 80€ they wanted around 30€ in shipping and another 51€ in customs fees. In the end the shipping was almost as much as the value of the order. Customer service where unhelpful, providing terrible advise. I'm still waiting for my refund for over a month now without reply from customer service. Be careful shopping from this vendor.

Hi Anton, We did agree to refund the order as soon as the tracking shows the parcel as being returned. Our customer service team advised you that if you did not want to pay the fees you could request for the parcel to be returned and we would in turn offer you a full refund. It is rare for us to see issues arise in regards to customs fees, it seems in this case you have been very unlucky. I ordered from this site- although it says you can PayPal there is no option at ‘check-out’ except crypto and bank transfer. I also couldn’t send through my bank w the information provided, so I sent via PayPal being connected to my bank acc’t and the info provided worked w this method. I emailed them to notify and was told, despite receiving my payment, they could not fill the order bc it was sent through PayPal. THEN, they told me they also could not refund me without my personal banking information transit/ acc’t#/ institution etc…. As if the experience wasn’t sketchy enough…. I was also met w zero help although they replied quickly- no explanation or actual help but to repeatedly be told there’s nothing they can do….. again, despite my money being deposited their acc’t which they provided me… so, they can accept my money, but are completely unwilling and ‘unable’ to produce what I paid for or refund me without all my personal information- they guy I dealt with was terrible to deal with, I was just run in circles having to repeat myself and to be told there was nothing they could do, for some mysterious reason until I got frustrated/ angry, and then he said he was canceling my order he’d already repeatedly told me he could not send bc it was PayPal and then told me he could only refund me if I provided all my personal banking info - the entire experience was a waste of time/ waste of money and complete joke. I’m just glad I aired on the side of caution instead of trying to order more- this just felt like a complete scam. It was a horrible experience- save your money or find another company to deal with- maybe I just had a horrible customer service person, but he refused to refer me to someone else who may actually try and help me- so, I can only judge on the experience I had and it was awful. I just got completely robbed here, not to mention the frustration and nonsense- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SEND THIS PLACE MONEY- buyer beware- avoid the nightmare

Hi Adrienne, First things first your payment was not sent via PayPal, it was sent by Xoom. Xoom is owned by PayPal but it is not a PayPal payment it is a bank transfer (wire transfer) service, as such the payments can take between 24-48 hours to be received which my colleague informed you of. Once you had been told that your payment had not yet been received you became abusive towards our staff, this is behaviour that we do not tolerate from any of our customers therefore, Charlie cancelled your order and requested you provide the relevant banking information required so we could return your payment. As you had chosen to use Xoom to send your transfer we have no way of returning your funds as they do not share your banking details with us, hence why we requested for you to send us them. We have made attempts to return your money and we would still like to do so, please get in touch when you are ready to co-operate with us and we will return your money within 24 hours. Unfortunately, my peptides never arrived in Sweden. Asked about re-routing them elsewhere but received no response.

Order never received. Messaged the company and said it’s the shipping company’s fault not there. It has been over a month and I haven’t gotten my products. I do not recommend this company at all. I just want my money back.

Our shipping protection policy is as follows this can also be found on our website: With Shipping Protection we guarantee delivery of your order it’s a simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch* we will resend your order. In the very unlikely event that your resent order is not received we will refund you. *21 days for Premium Shipping, 28 days for Tracked Shipping, and 35 days for Australian orders. This is the policy that you signed up for and we have held our end of the bargain we resent your parcel, if your resend is not received we will again honour our commitments and refund the order.
There’s a lot of bad reviews on this guy Charlie and this company to turn anyone off, but I thought I’d give them a try, but they’re a very dodgy and bogus company. I would rather pay more money and get good service, rather than deal with this company and their poor customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.

Hi Michael, You placed the order on the 24th april, you then requested for the order to be altered which we sorted for you after this point on the 25th of April you asked us to upgrade your shipping which we could not do as we do not offer premium shipping to Australia, You accepted this with the response "sweet man, thanks for that. I'm just eager to get those. Have a great day! We then received an email at 22:10 last night (25th April) requesting a refund, we do not run 24 hour customer service unfortunately therefor your email would have been picked up today (26th April). Before we even had a chance to respond to you, you have left us a negative review and sent abusive foul emails to our customer service team. I do not see the necessity for you to abuse our staff and leave a negative review. We will of course refund your order as it has not yet been shipped however, we will not respond to any further emails from you unless you refrain from using foul language and abusing our staff. Ordered a peptide from there everything arrived on time but glass vial was broken when I opened my package.. I’ve been in contact with Charlie and asked for a refund and I was asked to fill out a refund form which I did and now no answer.. not heard back after multiple emails to him about the refund.. scan website do not buy from there

Order peptide with pen, the pen did not work and was broken so unable to use peptide. Contacted customer care no response, sent several emails and nothing. I would not recommend using this website as they are happy to help prior to taking your money.

Ordered on 21st of February, no sign of parcel, been in contact with ‘Charlie’ Assured I would receive a replacement, I then enquired whether or not I would have to get in contact or if I would be notified when next parcel was dispatched. Never received any update so got in touch a week later, was told item would be shipped that day, enquired again a further 3 days later, still hasn’t been posted. I’ve asked for a refund twice and have received no reply. Avoid at all costs.

Place Order on the 10th of January 23 I didn't receive my order, I was to receive a resend, that didn't happen I contacted Charlie re my my re-send He asked if I would like him to send to same address I replied yes, after that there was no longer any communication from the anyone at their end.I requested a full refund and emailed my Bank details and again no reply. As per their website if you don't receive your Order or the resend full refund this has not happened & that's fraud, I'm will be lodging a complaint with the online consumer protection UK to investigate, my complaint. The issue had arisen due to internal error, Charlie believed your order had been paid for by bank transfer and had sent the details to the wrong team in order to process the refund therefor it was missed. Avoid ordering from Direct-Peptides, read the negative reviews relating to this before making a decision. Having placed two orders for the total amount in excess of $830 back in November 2022, the orders never arrived. Then finally getting in contact with a customer representative that goes by ‘Charlie’ via email, promises of full refunds were made. Four months later and no refund or order has been received. Following a negative review, Charlie once again contacted me to remove the review and then they will complete the refund. I responded with complete the refund and I will remove the review but then to receive correspondence that his finance department believe they may have made the refund and have to investigate to get proof and have not heard from them since. This company is a scam, avoid at all cost. No evidence of a refund can be provided as no refund or order was fulfilled and they are happy to keep the money with no concerns. I would just like this to be avoided in the future by informing you to avoid Direct Peptides.

Im struggling for over 10 days to get some info about my order. The order placed on the 12th of january didn’t arrived, a second one has been sent, or should have been sent. As i discussed with Stacy on live chat, she assured me, she will speak with Charlie, and will have a new order on its way. Nobody is answering to email, or any messages left in the “help menu”. Bad customer service….Hopefully this review can get their attention!!!!

Charlie is a useless individual who has ignored my last 5 emails trying to resolve a dispute, despite indicating still wanting to do business. Best to ignore, there are many other reliable vendors available.

Scammers. They provided me a credit card link to payment and I paid. They said that it didn't go through and to provide a screenshot. I send a screenshot of my bank statement and I get either nonsense emails or no reply.

Hi Domenic, Reading back through your emails it seems the issue was not a missed payment, you requested a 10% refund which we are physically unable to do as per our card payment processor you proceeded to file a chargeback against us which we subsequently refunded. I left a review after I received the spray. As it did nothing I had suspicions that it was water! I even tasted it! It felt looked and tasted like water, far as I'm concerned it was water. I got an email back that not only did they not deny or defend that it wasn't water, they said that if I removed my review they would reimburse  my money. 3 months on ive received nothing. Please don't fall for this. It means they only leave up reviews that are either fake and/placebos

Direct peptide sells fake peptides and certainly sarm too. Among other things, I bought Hcg which did not show up on the test. There were no active ingredients here.Pharma grade is the same as Direct peptide. Do not buy anything from here. I have contacted them but they just explain everything away

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my product and still have not recieved anything. I contacted customer services and was told to contact the courier, the courier told me it was lost. I let customer services know this about 10 days ago but I'm yet to recieve a response. Very disappointing service.

They sent through incorrect banking details after spending hundreds of dollars on goods, wouldn’t refund back nor ship the goods due to their own negligence, had to do a trace and recovery with my local bank in an attempt to get my funds back which can take up to 8 weeks. Also non responsive to my emails now. They wouldn’t let me Paypal either, never again.

Hi Reshad, We did actually resend the order completely free of charge and offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience on your next order all of this combined with the fact that your money is going to be returned I do not think it is a very bad deal so i find your 1 star review completely unfair without at least considering a revision. Nothing delivered. They claim they have sent a second package after discussing this for 2 months but this also did not arrive in Germany... Total loss of all my money and we talk hundreds. Never again!
