“I was grateful for the perfect service I received from Digital Converters. The turnaround time was so speedy. I sent my video tape off, they acknowledged receipt and within the week my order was delivered processed and back to me. Great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Very impressed with the service; I was very nervous about sending my wedding video as my husband has passed away very recently so it means so much. I needn't have been the cloud version was received within a couple of days , the USB and disc a couple of days later. I have now received the original back and am very happy with the service I received and the quality of the item”

“Superb Customer service. I had emails to notify me of progress delays prior to Christmas (I didnt need it for Christmas so it was OK) and although it turned out that there was nothing on the old 1960s Grunding reel in the end, they notified me, returned the reel and didn't charge me. Above and beyond in my book.”
