“My precious home recorded video tape was about thirty years old and had gone mouldy. I sent it to Digital Converters but without much hope that it would be successful. So I was absolutely delighted when my USB sticks arrived with a perfect result. The whole process was so professional and simple, from ordering and payment to sending, and very quick too. I'd like to thank you for such a brilliant service, and for giving my grandchildren a chance to share family memories.”

“i have used digital converters on 4 occasions so far and will continue to do so in the future. The service is great, videos picked up from my house by royal mail. And after a week or two delivered back. In my case my wife has dementia and it is priceless seeing her as she used to be. Keep up the good work preserving peoples memories. Thank you G.moore”

“The process of ordering and returning the films to be digitised was very simple. The free postage was a bonus. The films were returned well-packed and the USB and DVD was great. The conversion was excellent, despite the films being quite old. It was a very quick turnaround from sending the films to receiving them back.”

“If I could rate this company any higher, I would! The process was quick and easy to turn my parents old wedding VHS tape into a digital copy and memory stick. Collection was fast and from my door, they kept updated on when my VHS arrived so my mind could be put at ease. Considering this is the only video I have of my Dad who died when I was 3, I was very worried to give it over to someone else. They managed to collect it, convert it and send it back within about 1-2 weeks, even though the tape itself also had mold/damp on it so we weren't sure it would even work anymore! Thank you for allowing me to see and hear my Dad for the first time in 23 years!!”

“Thank you so much! I was worried that I would lose the precious videos of my babies (now 30-something adults) as technology advanced. You copied my old VHS onto DVD and a memory stick so that the videos will live on. It was a treat to watch them and have that trip down memory lane :-) Good communication, items received promptly and well-packaged.”
