“Smooth and easy experience from start to finish. I had a mixture of 13 x Cine 8mm, VHS-C and DV tapes to be converted. The DV tapes were both broken but they managed to repair one of them so I was happy to get those memories recoverd. The Cine 8 tapes have no sound but they put some lovely piano music as playback music. My last order was returned to me in 7 days. I have just sent them my third set of Cine 8mm for conversion as they are excellent. You can track the whole process through their email link which is great. I really trust Digital Convertors and fully recommend them.”

“Brilliant. We are so pleased with the results and can now see all our old videos from any device. So easy to use and make short clips which we can share with the family. Everything was very efficient and the tapes all returned within 2 or 3 weeks.”

“I sent 4 videos to be transferred onto usb. All transferred ok, my only bugbear is not being able to skip some frames like I'd be able to fast forward on the video tape or a film which I'm a little disappointed with. I assumed I'd be able to. The quality of the recordings aren't fabulous but that's 1980/'90s video recorders, can't change the quality of the pictures. The usb is as the video recording. Other than that, all ok.”

“Unsure of the technicalities here, but given all footage was shot on an HD 1080 resolution camcorder, I feel a little dissapointed in the resulting image when viewed on a 24" monitor. I've been searching for a 'Quality' button as per YouTube because it looks more like 480. Any advise would be very welcome. Turnaround took a little longer than expected, but having said that we are talking 56 hours worth of converting. The method of tracking progress was really helpful. Always kept well informed at every stage of the process. In addition to 2x memory sticks, I also purchased Cloud storage which is great but a little surprising that it is subject to an annual fee as opposed to a 1-off. By and large I'm very pleased with the service provided.”

“Digital Converters was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever used. I had 35 items I’d found in my loft that I wanted to convert and give to my mum as a surprise for Mother’s Day... and everything was returned on a USB within just 3 days. The communication was brilliant, the website tracking was super easy to follow, and the quality of the conversions was incredible. I genuinely can’t fault this company. I’ll 100% be using them again and have already recommended them to everyone I know. My mum said it was the best gift she’s ever received... she now has hours of nostalgic memories to look back on. Thank you!!!!!!”

“I am over the moon with the service I received at Digital Converters . I gave them a box of old reels, some of them dating from the 1920’s other 1950’s, 1960’s (21 reels in total) and within 2 weeks I was told they were ready to view . Some of them needed careful attention , others were in good condition and all were organised beautifully. As they were silent movies, some lovely classical piano music was added which made watching even more powerful and emotional . I couldn’t recommend this company more as they were amazing . Communication was faultless too. Definitely worth doing and value for money …”
