“I was honestly so nervous to be sending off all my family memories and tapes - but I’m so glad I used these guys. They managed a really quick turnaround time, despite it being Christmas and they keep you up to date every step of the way, even letting you know the quality of the media as they convert them. The videos and audio are brilliant quality, and I love that although I’d ordered dvds, I later had the option to get the cloud footage which was an immediate download so whilst I waited for the physical copies to be sent, I could access the videos on my phone straight away. I will definitely be using them again for all my other family tapes - the price is insanely good compared to other places that do it in my area. Overall 10/10, thank you so much!”

“Excellent service, from initial contact to Digital Converters portal where you can track the progress of your job. Had an issue which was resolved right away by the team. So impressed with our wedding video which is 38 years old. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Excellent easy to understand web site. Every thing explained about the process. Right down to the QR code for the parcel . Easy communication by email if you have any questions, with a prompt reply. Kept informed about receiving the parcel and when it was dispatched back . The camera tapes were transferred to USB , excellent quality at a reasonable price .”

“One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. A very close bereavement shortly before Christmas made us desperate for tapes we had started converting. The company expressed the items incredibly quickly at a very busy time of year and we were able to watch quickly via the link. All old tapes were well looked after and gave us huge comfort. Can’t recommend these guys enough.”

“Loved my videos and the quality was wonderful and service very good. My postman left the box on my doorstep in the rain while I was out though so I sent an email suggesting they put the originals in plastic bag as these got saturated, but the stick was in a bag so no disappointment but my originals are possibly waterlogged. That’s the only reason I left a 4”

“Wanted a VHS tape put on to USB. Process was really easy from sending tape to Digital Converters and then receiving tape & USB from them. Parcel was tracked and emails received. Quality of footage on USB very good.”

“I sent two very old & precious cassettes of my grandparents telling stories to digital converters a week before Xmas, I knew I had just missed the cut off & I’d been told by another company that my tapes were damaged so I wasn’t holding out much hope. But a box of beautifully labelled CDs arrived in time to gift to my mum for Xmas, we hadn’t heard my grandparents voices in almost 30 years so it was very special. The commutation was great throughout & I can’t thank the team at DC enough!!! I highly recommended them for all your digital conversion needs!”

“Up to 65 yr old film preserved on DVD & MP4 the results exceeded my expectation, memories of my naval service that my sons had never seen along with along with treasured images of great & great great, grand parents. Preserve your family history? this is the way to do it.Finally it was a pleasure dealing with people who actually do what they say they will, the sequence of events promised, followed to the letter. “Friendly, helpful points of contact and good feedback as to how the job is progressing. Does seem to take longer than expected from start of job to delivery of finished product tho and can’t understand the insistence of sending one DVD disc in a box rather than a padded envelope so that it can be posted through a letterbox.”
