“an A5 piece of card with one picture just didn't appeal to me when planning a funeral for a larger than life personality, When I found Devine funeral stationary online I felt like their photo collage option would certainly be the right choice and from the very beginning they just got it right, it was so easy and straightforward. I sent pictures over and Alex got back to me very quickly with the PDF to view and we did change things around a little but this was done very quick and efficiently. Delivery was very quick and on the day everyone commented how they were absolutely wonderful and they really felt fitting for the person. I cannot recommend Devine funeral stationary enough.”

“So far as I am concerned 5 stars is not high enough. I was looking for a template that I could use to design my sister's Funeral Order of Service. I came across several websites. Some said I could not alter the font or colour 'so as not to confuse me' which I considered to be insulting. Others were too plain. I discovered Devine Funeral Stationery and immediately loved the designs, the ease of using the website, the help video and being able to switch pages about and try different fonts and colours. I had a query once I had submitted my order and Alex was very helpful, friendly and patient! My order has arrived today and my non-emotional husband had tears in his eyes when he saw them. They are stunning, beautifully printed and far better than I could possibly have imagined. Using a template is one thing but seeing the finished article is entirely a different thing. This firm offer wonderful customer service at a difficult time. I cannot speak highly enough of Alex. All I can say is, if you are looking for someone to print or design your funeral stationery, look no further. You will not go wrong in using Devine Funeral Stationery.”

“Great service,Very fast turn around and good quality product at a competative price. We had many nice comments on the order of service you produced. When I had made a layout mistake you were very considerate and helpful. I really wish I could have printed a sample off at home to be able to check font sizes and lay out before going to print. It was not until after we had gone to print that I realised we could email you for pdf. I think this should be part of the process online. Understandably most of your customers need the process to be as straight forward as possible when they thenselves are not as clear thinking as usual. That said we were very pleased with the result. Thank you.”

“I designed and ordered printing of the Orders of Service for a family funeral recently. The web design site was quite easy to use with good choices of designs. The printing was despatched less than 24 hours after ordering, delivered next business day, and the print quality was excellent. It was a great relief to be able to create and see and receive the layout that I wanted without the risk of misunderstandings in a duialogue with a local printer. Thank you, Alex & Emma Devine”

“I required 8 pages for my Mum's order of service and placed an order of 150. The provided templates were not suitable for my layout but I was able to email Alex my word document. He was excellent. Any adjustments we discussed over the telephone. Her kept on sending me the updated versions until I confirmed it was right. This is how to run a business - efficient, with a personal touch and a common sense approach. He definitely takes pride in his work and knows what he is doing. Thank you, as it means so much at such a sad and difficult time.”

“A brilliant company to deal with. The orders of service were easy to design and very personal. “Delighted with the service booklets I ordered which were so easy to design on the Devine website. “I have rarely experienced such outstanding service from an on-line organisation. Putting together an order of service for my father’s funeral could not have been made easier and my need to use the ‘chat’ facility to ask a specific question at the weekend was quickly responded to and effectively dealt with. This is an outstanding company and I heartily recommend them. My mother’s concern of using an online company rather than a high street printer was quickly eliminated once she saw what they produced for us. Delivery was next day and the quality of the stationery was very high. Thank you Alex and Emma!”

“I found the templates easy to navigate and well laid out. I was pleased with how it all looked on screen and was glad to see everything had translated well to the hard copies. I was nervous waiting to hear if any of my photos were of too poor quality to reproduce in print (old photos scanned then cropped) but thankfully no such email/call was received. There were many compliments about the order of service which had a good element of design and were quality and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.”

“An extraordinary company to deal with. I am 86 years old and when my wife died in January ( 2019 ) I was determined to have a go at producing the order of service. The help I got from Alex and his staff was far beyond what I could expect from most companies. I had to experiment a little to understand what I had to do to copy my pictures and text and get them in the correct order and found that as long I texted or phoned early I was always given that extra help and advice.. I was able to see my completed article which had not cost me a penny to that point. I pressed the final "Buy Now" button at 10.30am on the Tuesday, had an e-mail 12.30pm to say printing now started and by 11,30am the NEXT DAY the order of services were delivered.. The quality was superb and beyond my expectations. To sum up, one of my wifes' friend wrote me a letter afterwards saying " It was the most beautiful Order of Service she had ever seen in her entire life" To me, Alex, that quote says it all !!! Thank you again and again. David”
