“Excellent value for money and the quality was superb- the printing quality is excellent and the paper was thick and had substance to it.. Loved the choice of designs and ability to customise myself- though this feature was a little tricky to use sometimes, much easier to do on a PC rather than a laptop! Delivery was swift and communication from couriers was excellent.”

“Only drawback was the font was (unintentionally) lighter and darker in odd places, which I hadn’t picked up on screen but it was noticeable on the printout. Would have helped if Devine had noticed it and queried it before printing, though I appreciate the service wasn’t supposed to include any creative input from the company, only printing out.”

“Excellent service from the Team! I had a moment of panic when i saw the first PDF version as the font I had chosen was completely inappropriate but a call into Alex put my mind at rest and i was extremely happy with the finished funeral booklets. Personal service from an on-line business was unexpected but so welcome at such a sad time. Thank you so much”

“I was highly satisfied overall with the value and quality of the funeral stationery I ordered from Devine. I briefly tried a few websites to design my leaflets and found the editing process with Devine the most intuitive, and most flexible. My only quibbles with the editor were, once I had started on a template I could not see how change the border style on the front page without starting again, and sometimes I found text shifted slightly from centred on the page, which needed careful realignment. Nevertheless I was very impressed with the finished product. Good delivery options too. Thank you very much.”

“Website was a bit of a pain in the neck to navigate and upload pics but once you got familiar with it, it was fine. Very impressed with the end result and the quality of print was great. Would highly recommend Define Funeral Stationary.”

“A missing/poor order of service is a nightmare scenario to contemplate when loved ones are counting on you to do a good job. This is why customer service and reliable delivery is paramount and it's where Devine absolutely excelled. Their design software is easy to use, but because what you're creating is so important it's only natural to want to talk through things with the person printing them to ensure everything is how you want. Alex was great for this, and although he probably deals with the same panicky questions every day, he was patient, polite and reassuring. Producing an order of service for a loved one is never going to be a 'pleasant' task, but Devine made it as close to that as you can get. No hesitation in recommending them.”

“Creating an order of service using Devine was far easier than I thought it would be. I had a few technical difficulties uploading photos initially, but the support I got over the telephone sorted this very quickly and it was my software that was the issue. Great choice of templates and guiding notes throughout so you know where to put things. Easy to edit. My family and friends attending Mum's funeral were really impressed.”
