“I can wholeheartedly recommend Devine Funeral Stationery. Alex worked with me , over email , to finalise an Order of Service for my beloved Papa's funeral. I wanted to get it just right and Alex was very patient with my various amendments until it was exactly how I wanted it to be. The order was then finalised and processed very quickly and arrived right on schedule. The quality of the Order of Service was excellent in terms of both the card it was printed on and also the quality of the photos and text. At such a difficult time, it is a huge help to deal with companies who make the process as smooth and easy as possible. Thank you so much.”

“Devine Funeral Stationery provided an exceptional service during the difficult time of preparing for my grandfather’s funeral. The service sheets they produced were of an excellent quality and helped make an important part of the arrangements that little bit easier. Alex at Devine was absolutely fantastic throughout. The time, care and attention he provided, whether via phone calls or emails, was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would definetely recommend Devine to anyone who needs their services and would certainly use them again in the future, when the need arises. Simply amazing! “The bespoke Order of Service I ordered for my mothers funeral was beautifully printed from the design I made and I would have been very pleased to have used them. No issues there at all. Unfortunately the DPD delivery wasnt heard and only when an email saying an attempt had been made was I aware they were there and a chase of the courrier leaving on foot was unsuccesful. During the order there was no ability to be able to add if no answer please leave with neighbour or in safe place. Once the delivery was unsuccesful a reattempt could not be made until the next day, being the day of the funeral. This was put in place with customer services and asked to be made before 11am, but the delivery was not made until later in the afternoon and therefore could not be used. Back up copies were made the night before incase and had to be used on the day.”

“The service was outstanding and the quality of the funeral card was perfect. I chose the heart-of-love template from the many options. I saved photos on to my desktop and uploaded them in to my account. It was easy to rearrange them until I was happy with my design. On two occasions I felt I needed some advice, concerning the quality of my photos and the font size I had chosen. I telephoned and was immediately able to speak with someone (presumably Alex) who gave his expert support. I would certainly recommend this family run business.”

“I loved the designs you offered but was very disappointed with what l received. The front with the photo on was fine but on the reverse nothing was properly aligned. I had three different blocks of print and none of it matched. The main block was pushed right on the edge of the page, not in the middle as expected. I suspect this was wrongly done in the cutting process. A big disappointment.”

“We only had a short time to get the order of service put together and printed. The online process, once I’d got to grips with it, was quite straight forward and Devine kept us up to date about where in the printing process my order was. They let us know when the order would be delivered and it turned up exactly when they said. The Order of Service was beautiful and we were so pleased with them. We had used them a few years ago for my dads funeral and the service we received on both occasions was excellent.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. The team were incredibly efficient, professional and helpful throughout, and I especially appreciated their care and attention in helping me fine-tune a funeral booklet before printing. At such an important and sensitive time, their support made the whole process so much easier. “It was very easy to create the order of service for my father's funeral. We only required the minimum print run of 10 which a lot of comany's don't do. The order was despatched and arrived within three days. Excellent service. I can't recommend this company enough and I would use again.”

“So pleased I picked you! I was very happy with the quality of the printing and the customer service was excellent throughout, keeping me updated by personal email rather than auto-generated messages. I found the Web interface easy to use and it enabled me to create just the right order of service. The order of service becomes a memento of the final thing that you do for someone really, so I was very pleased when people at the funeral commented on what a good job it was. Thank you, you have helped me to celebrate my dad's life.”

“The quality of paper and print were excellent. And speed of delivery outstanding. I did have an issue using the website in that I couldn't access some of the wording I had entered however a quick phone call soon resolved my issue and I was told that a fix for this s problem was soon to be made across the website. I can totally recommend this company.”
