“The quality of paper and print were excellent. And speed of delivery outstanding. I did have an issue using the website in that I couldn't access some of the wording I had entered however a quick phone call soon resolved my issue and I was told that a fix for this s problem was soon to be made across the website. I can totally recommend this company.”

“Devine were brilliant from start to finish, the service was good and the product looked great. They even helped me out with a discounted reprint which was needed due to an error I had made. There are others available with a bit more choices of document styles which are more editable, but the cost was higher. I definitely recommend Devine Funeral Stationary for a professional service from a small business who care.”

“Does what it says on the tin. Designed my Mum’s funeral order of service and the design system was really easy to use. I had a question about getting a single A5 sheet order of service which wasn’t made super clear on the website so I called and Alex helped me out no problem. It took a few tries to get through on the phone but once I did it was all sorted. The services were really high quality and were delivered really quickly, I would have no issues using this service again.”

“Found the site on line to personalise my wife's order of service. Struggled at first adding photos , readings etc but took my time and added everything. It was great to be able to save your order and return to tweak or amend. Print quality was great as was delivery .”

“First class with quick and perfect design. Unfortunately, it went wrong with link… I didn’t read or understand properly, made it abundantly clear I wanted next day delivery in emails and conversation. I didn’t click the link to order that, received email following morning querying it. Too late for your next day delivery. Had to get another printer to do as DPD couldn’t divert to my home address at that stage.”

“Products ordered were of good quality and we were happy with them. The only slight issue we had was that they were delivered 1 day late. Devine did contact me the day before delivery to explain and it was not a problem in the end however if there had been a further delay due to a courier we would have been really stuck.”

“Finish project was great and customer service Quick to respond to try and solve the problem the only reason I didn’t give you five stars is because the courier service, lost the parcel and then was unprofessional and their approach to resolve it.”

“Amazing online service. Very quick and easy to use/design. Fast delivery was brilliant too. I would say one negative was that one print was slightly dented but you could only see that from a certain angle in the light so luckily didn’t affect us too badly.”

“I liked the flexibility of making requests in writing rather than relying on customers IT skills (or not). e.g. asking for a wraparound photo, or adding a cross. Perhaps more could be made of this in explaining how things work for a potential customer?”

“Online creator was a little temperamental at times but it does give you the option to edit things as your funeral service format is developed over the days leading up to your service. We changed speakers and content a few times and so it was good to have that option. Printing and delivery were exactly as promised and exceptional.”

“Very good service up to the point of sale. Our Celebration of Life booklets were beautifully presented in the bespoke manner that we requested. However we did express, twice, by email that we were less than happy with 2 of the 3 A2 portraits we ordered. They were fine for the service but we want to frame them eventually and hang in our home but the quality is not very good. We wrote twice by email and never heard back. None of this distracted from the purpose of our order, which was to produce stationery that represented our family member, Doug, in a memorable way and THAT it most certainly did.”

“I was very happy with the flexibility of design options offered by Devine Funeral Stationery. It was a relief to find a website that allowed me to design something before parting with any money so that I could get a good idea of the way my design would look (and save the design) and therefore make an informed decision about whether to proceed with my order. We received lots of nice feedback from our guests who said it was some of the nicest funeral stationery they had seen. Prices were very reasonable too.”
