We're sorry to hear your samples didn't arrive, Jennifer — that's always disappointing and we completely understand the frustration. We send a follow-up email to every customer a week after dispatch specifically to check their samples have arrived safely, as occasional losses in the post do happen. Unfortunately we didn't receive a reply, so we had no way of knowing there was a problem. Please do get in touch with us directly and we'll get replacements sent out to you straight away, at no charge. We hope you'll give us the chance to put this right.

“We absolutely loved the pattern … our only disappointment we took a lot of trouble matching up and making sure all looked good but the next day saddened to see the paper had ‘shrunk’ and fine strips of wall showing 🫣 I have since read to use clay paste ? I wish your instructions had warned us this could happen .”
