“We have ordered top quality wallpaper three times. Each time the paper has arrived promptly and in great condition. The most recent purchase we wanted to return a roll, Paul sent the return address when requested and we packaged it up. A great company - would definately recommend.”

“I still haven't received my sample.. the reason for 3 starts instead of 1 is that someone from your team did follow up with me last week asking how I'd liked the sample — which was proactive and great service. That said, it's now been a couple weeks and I would really love to have the sample.”

“I was advised that there was a stock discrepancy, 5 days after I ordered, 3 days after I should have received paper. I had to get in touch as they didn’t reach out, they said there were only 6 not 7 rolls. That wasn’t too much of a problem. 2 days later I got a call saying Infact they only had 4. By which time my decorator was unable to do the job, and I now am waiting 6 weeks for the paper. Terrible communication.”

“Communication was good. Delivery was quick and I am very happy with the final product. But the best aspect of ordering with Designer Wallpapers is the fact that you can send back unused rolls. It allowed me to order an extra roll for peace of mind as I had been caught short in the past. I was able to send one unused roll back without any problem. It was was all very straightforward. I will use this company again.”

“My wallpaper samples arrived quickly and well packaged! However the samples I ordered were busy papers and not all of the colours were on the sample I received. For example the pink flowers that are in the paper were not in my sample! This hindered my decision making. I hope this helps 🙌 Ava”
