“Beautiful selection of wallpaper and competitive prices. Efficient delivery in good packaging and friendly contact from the business. We were pleased to see that you can return unused wallpaper which is great. We have returned two rolls and unfortunately not heard anything yet not even an acknowledgment of its arrival so the jury is out at the moment”

“I was really pleased with service when ordering paper. I was caught out of paper in a project I was meant to finish income day, found them on Google. They did their best possible to deliver on time. If another project arises, I'll definitely recommend them as I see they got good quality and varieties of paper.”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry our samples didn't reach you as quickly as usual. You're right that timing matters when you're comparing suppliers. I wanted to explain what happened: 99% of our sample orders go out the same day, but unfortunately, one item wasn't in stock, which caused a 4-day delay. We do our best to get them out immediately, though stock issues do catch us out from time to time. I completely understand you needed to make a decision and couldn't wait - though I'm glad you mentioned the products themselves are good quality. We'd welcome the chance to quote on any future projects where our usual same-day dispatch can work in your favour. Kind regards, Paul
