Hi Catherine, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the sample didn't reach you — Royal Mail occasionally lose items in transit, which is unfortunately outside our control. For context, our samples are sent free of charge as a courtesy to help customers choose a design, and I personally followed up by email seven days after dispatch to check whether your sample had arrived. I didn't hear back, so I had no way of knowing there was an issue until this review was posted. I'd genuinely like to put this right. If you reply to my original email — or contact us at support@designerwallpapers.co.uk — I'll arrange a replacement sample straight away. Kind regards, Paul Designer Wallpapers

“I am happy with Designer Wallpapers overall and have purchased from them several times. I have left 1 star off due to my recent experience where I need more of the same paint mixed as wall needs another coat but the base colour is not available. I have been waiting to hear when it is back in but nothing so far and almost 1 month gone.”
