“I ordered mid of December, the delivery was promised within a week. After a week or so I got the information the product was out of stock at thr moment and it would take another 3-4 weeks for delivery. I am still waiting for the product to arrive.”

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your sample. You placed your order at 9pm and we dispatched it via Royal Mail by 9am the following morning. We emailed to confirm dispatch, and followed up again to check it had arrived — unfortunately we didn't hear back from you on either occasion. If you'd still like the sample, just reply to our email and we'll get another one out to you. Best wishes, Paul
