Hi Violet, sorry your sample hasn't reached you yet. Free samples are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post, which can occasionally take a little longer than expected. We actually emailed you on 3rd July to check it had arrived but haven't heard back - if it still hasn't turned up, just reply to that email or contact us and we'll pop another one in the post to you straight away.

“I ordered a sample of wallpaper which was free and got to me in super quick time - hence 2 stars + however the sample looked nothing like the paper I saw on line and the sample had only part of the pattern on it so I had no idea what it would look like on my wall. So disappointed”

Thanks for the feedback, and glad the sample reached you quickly. The design you sampled - Flourish by Today Interiors - has a particularly large pattern repeat, so a standard sample can only ever show a section of the full design. For papers like this we offer larger returnable samples, which give a much truer sense of how the pattern will look on your wall. We did email you after your sample arrived to check it met your expectations, and we'd have been happy to arrange a larger piece then - that offer still stands, so please do get in touch and we'll sort one out for you. Screen colours can also vary between devices, which is exactly why we recommend seeing the paper in person before committing to full rolls.
