“Very good service from Paul, helpful. Very good quality wallpaper, prompt response and detailed delivery info. It took a little while to receive the samples at first (I did order many), but once I got in touch, everything was perfect. I also got a discount on the website.”

We're sorry to hear your samples didn't arrive, Jennifer — that's always disappointing and we completely understand the frustration. We send a follow-up email to every customer a week after dispatch specifically to check their samples have arrived safely, as occasional losses in the post do happen. Unfortunately we didn't receive a reply, so we had no way of knowing there was a problem. Please do get in touch with us directly and we'll get replacements sent out to you straight away, at no charge. We hope you'll give us the chance to put this right.
