“The idea of getting a sample was exciting, until I got a truly useless sample that did not have any of the pattern shown that could be of use to me. It would be a good idea to include more of the pattern elements in the samples you send. Mine was basically a plain background.”

“Wallpaper fine, delivered quickly. Word of warning the paint colour recommendation far off the colour swatch provided with the order. Very disappointed as paint shade very misleading”

“The quality of the paper wasn’t reflected in the price. Very expensive and tears easily but it does look good now it’s up. Quick delivery and good company to order from.”

“Samples were pretty useless as 1/4 of the sample wasnt visible - had a room picture and description - would have been better to have this on the back of the sample.”

“I ordered some samples of wallpapers and was really looking forward to them arriving however when they arrived they hardly showed any of the patterns I had chosen , it is very disappointing as I then couldn't see how they would fit on my walls with my decor etc”

“Hi, bit disappointed, we requested a sample piece so we can see the paper quality and the design in full scale but you posted us a printed sheet of paper?? we could have done that from your website? can you help ? George 07976 931 032”

“I had to pay additional costs for an additional days work when my wallpaper was placed on the wrong delivery despite receiving messages to say it was going to be delivery as expected as per your website. I received no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. In additions I have received no confirmation that you have received the returned items when competitors do keep customers informed”

“Sent for a wallpaper sample which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the sample only had the background colour on it not the actual design so was pretty unhelpful to make a decision on whether we liked the paper or not. I think the samples you send out are just too small to make an informed decision on which wallpaper to choose.”
