“Products are good but delivery of samples very slow, we'd already received and chosen from 3 other suppliers by the time DW's samples arrived.”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry our samples didn't reach you as quickly as usual. You're right that timing matters when you're comparing suppliers. I wanted to explain what happened: 99% of our sample orders go out the same day, but unfortunately, one item wasn't in stock, which caused a 4-day delay. We do our best to get them out immediately, though stock issues do catch us out from time to time. I completely understand you needed to make a decision and couldn't wait - though I'm glad you mentioned the products themselves are good quality. “The idea of getting a sample was exciting, until I got a truly useless sample that did not have any of the pattern shown that could be of use to me. It would be a good idea to include more of the pattern elements in the samples you send. Mine was basically a plain background.”

“Wallpaper fine, delivered quickly. Word of warning the paint colour recommendation far off the colour swatch provided with the order. Very disappointed as paint shade very misleading”

“I ordered some samples of wallpapers and was really looking forward to them arriving however when they arrived they hardly showed any of the patterns I had chosen , it is very disappointing as I then couldn't see how they would fit on my walls with my decor etc”
