Website said next day delivery. It took 5 days to come when I spoke to the company they said it was the supplier fault as it came direct from them and would not help with additional days cost towards decorator having to return. Disappointing as the contract was made with Designer Wallpaper and not the manufacturer and they said the next day delivery didn’t mean anything as it was mitigated in the terms and conditions. Disingenuous. I gave them every opportunity to improve feedback.

Dear Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we really appreciate your comments. I have investigated the order and I am sorry that your free next day delivery did not arrive on time. When you ordered the product you had the option of a paid guaranteed delivery, but I can see you opted for the free non guaranteed option instead. I can see that your wallpaper shipped directly from Osborne and Little's warehouse on time, however unfortunately the parcel was misrouted by the courier, which caused the delay. I am sorry if you were given the impression that it was Osborne and Little’s fault, as it certainly was not the case and we take full responsibility. We always advise customers to take receipt of the order, before booking a decorator, but we appreciate that this is not always possible. Over 99% of free next day deliveries arrive on time, but if you have already booked a decorator it’s best to choose the guaranteed delivery. I requested samples, paid for the shipping, waited for a very very long time, paid again upon arrival, though I wasn’t notified before, to receive very small samples not worth the pay nor the time!!!

Hi Samah, I am very sorry to hear about the problems with your order. This was the first time we sent wallpaper samples to Sharjar in the United Arab Emirates. I understand that receiving regular mail can sometimes be a problem in the UAE, so following your negative review we have decided to send all future orders via courier. In regard to the sample size I can see that 2 of the free samples you received were A3 in size and 1 of the samples was A4. The A4 sample is by Mind The Gap and unfortunately this is the biggest sample they produce. The other 2 A3 samples are by Timeless Design and they do have larger samples available. If you would like a larger sample of either of these, we would be happy to send them to you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Spoke to Designer Wallpapers. On phone it was suggested that I send in the wallpaper that I was looking for a complementary wallpaper and they would suggest some options. I did as suggested and sent off a piece of the wallpaper and received no response.

Dear Trevor, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate customer feedback such as yours and are sorry to hear that nobody has gotten back to you following a recent enquiry. I have looked into the matter internally and can confirm that we did receive a sample in the post a few weeks ago for a Mulberry wallpaper. Attached to the sample was a postcard with a handwritten note asking us to match the wallpaper with a complementary plain. Unfortunately, the postcard and the sample supplied did not include any contact info, e.g an email, phone number, or postal address so our design team did not know how to contact you and were hoping you would get in contact to chase it up. They did actually find some complementary plains that work with the paper and as they had no way of contacting you, they were unable to share their suggestions with you. Following this review posted on our site a couple of days ago, I managed to locate you on the system and have attempted to contact you by telephone on a few occasions. However, there must be a fault with the line as the number supplied is constantly engaged. I also sent a follow-up email asking you to get in touch, but have not heard anything back. Our design team has already located some suitable plains, so if you are still interested then please do get in touch with us. Terrible experience, I am still waiting for a refund for returned wallpaper which hasn’t even been acknowledged that they received it even though it was arranged by this company to pick up. Won’t be using this company ever again.

you wanted me to buy wallpaper for 85 pounds a roll when the exact same wallpaper is ten pounds a roll at dunelm get lost

We chose a paper we liked and ordered a sample which never came they said they was gonna repost again which never came either . so we got the paper from another company

Really bad service - ordered wallpaper twice for it to be out of stock once and then the second time it was out of stock but had to keep chasing to find this out.

Like the colours nice designs. We see this at Leeds Castle one of our friends has the gold and black swans and we like the silver with the white.
