“I recently ordered 48 Nouveau Cosy Toes carpet tiles via the website but had a few issues with quality when coming to fit them. Two of the carpet tiles had green fibres running along the edge and several of the carpet tiles were not square but we were very happy with the end result. I reported this problem back to the company and promptly received a refund for six tiles which was re-assuring as I wanted to place an order for more of the same. I proceeded to order a further 120 tiles but when we unpacked the second order we identified several more tiles to be unusable. Two of the carpet tiles had green fluorescent stitching along with a flaw down the centre of each tile making them completely unusable together with five other tiles that had a flaw running across each tile. The seven rejected tiles were collected by dctuk two weeks ago but I am still waiting for a response to my request for a refund.”

“I was sent wrong product - 12mm instead of 9.5mmm - but made do. Still mystified as to why I have 4 sq. metres of product left??!!”

“Whilst the goods were delivered as specified we did not like the way they were sent. We understood that the boxes of tiles might be condensed but out of the four boxes ordered we received two boxes of fourteen tiles and one box with twenty tiles. The box with the twenty tiles was split because there were far too many in the package.”

“The product itself (carpet tiles) was a reasonable standard, however there was quite a bit of discrepancy in the sizes of the tiles. The web site was OK but i wish it had said it would take over a week to receive them via the courier.”

“DCTUK did not make me happy. Yes they have a cool website full of "funny" comments but I would prefer a more professional approach. I had a few issues which I had to flag up, one of which they wanted to argue through with me until I made my point very clear. I did email my concerns directly to their sales director but no response. I would suggest a bit more attention to detail and less razamataz!”

“Carpet tiles were fine, but the sticky squares that I bought arrived screwed up in one of the boxes stuck to the lid and were unusable. Had to use normal double sided tape.”

“Poor packaging could have ruined tiles. Ordering and delivery time excellent. Haven’t checked all tiles for damage. I’m on a tight schedule and have to lay the tiles immediately otherwise I would have not excepted the delivery. See pictures.”

“Nice floor tiles, appear lighter than image on screen, so in future I will get a sample first. One box of 20 tiles broken, the other box had hydronic/ATF oil on it.”

“Pleased with product Always kept up to date with dispatch info etc but completely let down by the courier Promised delivery on Friday notified at 1900 Friday delivery changed to Monday As carpet fitter arranged for Saturday morning not pleased But after 10 Days or so they were fitted and pleased with the tiles”

“only wanted 15 tiles but managed to send nearly half as the wrong colour? Took a week to sort out, two promised delivery dates missed. I'm sure the service is good normally, but feel it's only fair to let you know when it goes wrong, as it did hold my project up for kitting out the rear of my Son's van.”
