“Was Advised that the engineer would arrive between 13:00-14:00. however, ended up being past 17:00 This meant it delayed our works going forward, the engineer left site in a state so had to clean up their mess also. Delivery of materials was as requested which was good”

“The tiles supplied were not those ordered but the larger interlocking tiles in the same design. Unfortunately I did not discover this until I was about to start the job so decided to try to use what I had. I found the interlocking tiles difficult to work with in a fairly small kitchen and the number of boxes required was different to the calculation based on the small tile so extra (at extra cost) had to be ordered half way through the work. DCTUK sales staff were helpful in identifying the tiles I needed and arranging delivery but this did delay completion. All in all not the best experience.”

“order came which was great, although it came in smaller tubs due to stock issues. Since then i have raised a couple of questions 7days ago, as of yet no reply. Disappointed about that especially if we were trying to order more stock.”

“Love the product and pricing. Placed 1st order checked items all good. Second order was wrapped the same did not check when I intended to lay the floor 6 planks were damaged unfortunately as 2 weeks had passed we’re not wanting to assist. Not happy at that and don’t consider it good service in view of the fact it was my 3rd order with DCTUK. More empty understanding and a better level of customer service would not go amiss.”

“After ordering though the website some one phoned and told me we could have had a discount code, great thanks! after we had already ordered it ,I said can we still get discount but she was really unhelpful”

“Carpet tiles were easy to order and quickly despatched with a confirmed delivery of Monday. However they did not arrive on the day specified and a phone call from myself was required to in order to find out from your warehouse that there would be a delay. They did in fact finally arrive by courier on Tuesday evening.”

“I was told by one sales person that I could have the flooring on Friday. Once I'd paid for it, another sales person told me I wasn't getting it till Monday. A bit disappointing. However. it arrived on Monday.”

“Carpet tiles fine as were previous tiles supplied by them. Customer service very disappointing - by claiming the £20 Amazon voucher by ordering before a certain date, I lost out on the 10% discount. This was not made clear. I was told I could not alter the order I had just placed. I have still not received the voucher despite contacting them. I feel cheated.”

So sorry Anne that you haven't received your vouchers, we will chase up as Amazon send emails with a code number on. We can't unfortunately have 2 offers running consecutively so that is why you couldn't have 10% aswell as the vouchers. Will look into why you haven't received an email yet from Amazon!

“The carpet tiles are good so i ordered more to finish the offices but i asked for delivery on Thursday 13th August as no one was in the office any other day due to covid19. The delivery actually came on Tuesday 11th August 2 days early which then meant a member of staff had to stop what they were doing to travel 8 mile to take delivery. The message i received back from heather was not a problem they will be there on the 13th.”

Hi Dave, We did request the 13th for delivery, the courier missed it so sorry. In future if anything like this happens then refuse the delivery and we will deliver on the date you choose. Please accept our apologies!

“We have used dctuk lots of times with outstanding service but on this occasion a bit disappointed due to receiving 40 tiles when we purchased 32 on webb site and asked to pay for extra 8”
