“I purchases the cosy toes carpet tiles. They were so easy to put down and are true to there name. The quality is out standing I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service team are also outstanding I have an slight issue with the delivery company dpd they didn't arrive on the day they should and didn't look like they were coming the following day but DCTUK got straight onto it and they arrived shortly after. They are a company that you can ring up and get excellent customer service before and after purchase, quite rare these days. I can't stop looking at my new carpet and i will definitely buy from them again. I can't recommend this company and their flooring enough. A big thank you DCTUK.”

“sample arrived quick. It did give me an idea of the colour quite well. I don't think I'll use them tho in my living room, however when I replace for my hallway I think these will surfice. The colour was Firecracker looked quite similar to what I have down.”

“SAMPLES ARRIVED QUICKLY BUT THE PACKAGING USED FOR THE TILES WE ORDERED WAS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. THE CARD WAS THIN AND FRAGILE WITH NO REINFORCEMENT AT THE MOST VULNERABLE POINT - THE CORNERS. THE STRAPS USED TO HOLD BOXES TOGETHER ALSO CUT THROUGH THE THIN CARD BOXES LEAVING AN IMPRINT ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM TILES. £300 WORTH OF TILES SENT IN BOXES NOT MUCH BETTER THAN TWO LAYERS OF NEWSPAPER.”
