Hi Graham, apologies that the product you wanted was no longer available. It's a live stock system so the 6,000 products on the website can go in and out of stock at any moment and it is impossible to get live updates with all the different suppliers we are connected to. Secondly, our suppliers are not the best at keeping us updated when products are discontinued, so we only find out when our team call them up for an stock enquiry. In this case, we were able to advise you BEFORE you ordered/paid that the stock was not available and that is why our team are available, to help you in such situations. To clarify, we did not take payment from you or place your order once we were informed the product was no longer available. Sorry that this time we couldn't provide what you needed, but we have many other carpet tiles that can be provided that are similar and we are happy to supply those instead. “Wanted to carpet a large home office. Ordered some samples from the commercial section of the site. A day later I get a missed call and voicemail to say commercial samples can't be sent to domestic addresses. No follow-up email or call. Sales rep pointed me to smaller domestic range. Ordered 5 samples - only 3 arrived. Emailed to request missing samples. No response. Domestic samples were inferior to commercial grade carpets so gave up and ordered commercial grade from eBay which turned out cheaper. It's a shame as the website and range looked really good but they're not geared up for domestic orders.”

“I ordered several sample carpet tiles which we want to fit in our conservatory. I would have given five stars but I find the website quite difficult to find tiles suitable for residential use as opposed to contract. I did order quite a few samples and had a voicemail telling me that some of them I had ordered weren't for residential use, which I wasn't aware of. In addition it would be good if there were filters for pile height, etc. as I am looking for thickish tiles that are stain resistant but without going through each tile to check the info it isn't clear. In fact I have ended up referring to other sites to try and find the information”
