“Ordered samples and then went to order 40 tiles. Best price, much cheaper than others. I rang to ask about delivery and someone rang me back within mins to update me . All staff i spoke to were great. Tiles delivered within time slot allowed, with friendly driver. Would certainly order from them again. Excellent all round!”

“I can’t rate the friendly and helpful customer service I received high enough. I have ordered carpet tiles from DCTUK several times before and when I considered a new carpeting project, the sales adviser couldn’t have been more helpful and unbelievably patient. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the whole experience so easy, fun and personal. I was able to use discount codes and the delivery was so quick and very professional. I was even sent an email to check if my order had been satisfactorily delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.”

“I make no appologies for a long review: From Good Friday to Easter Monday the company was closed. However, I had a phone call on the Saturday from Chris to inform me of a delivery and an email from Ross on Easter Sunday with regards to a new order I had just placed. What excellent customer service! (The carpet tiles are great too) I would highly recommend dctuk to anyone wanting peace of mind that their order is being looked after by dedicated and helpful staff. Thank you, Chris and Ross in particular.”
