Carpet tiles fine as were previous tiles supplied by them. Customer service very disappointing - by claiming the £20 Amazon voucher by ordering before a certain date, I lost out on the 10% discount. This was not made clear. I was told I could not alter the order I had just placed. I have still not received the voucher despite contacting them. I feel cheated.
