“Excellent fast samples provided. Fast and honest response to questions about underlay and quantity. Fast delivery of the product after ordering and great tiles that we are very pleased with. Highly recommended.”

“Service up to the point of ordering was excellent, once the order was placed, communication was a little more difficult (unless I went through the original sales person) and the delivery was a day late.”

“Great presale service and communication, very poor after sales service. Carpet tiles supplied were of poor quality, an issue with the manufacturing, replacement tiles were the same poor quality so opted for a refund, this is were it went wrong for me, the customer. Took so long before a refund was issued. DCTUK need to review their T&C's on their webpage as this certainly wasn't followed in my case or information missing from them. Eventially got a refund after six weeks from original point of purchase.”

“I asked for 4 sample tiles, which arrived promptly;I needed 4 more, to find the right colour (on - screen colours are not a very good guide to colour on actual samples) - these arrived even faster! Friendly telephone follow-up - all good.”
