“In general pleased with the product however the picture I saw showed numbers on the clock faces and when I received the packs there were no numbers included. Clock I made as sample for work shop looks great tho :)”

“I could not fault the service and quality. I was replacing a lampshade which had seen better days, unfortunately the fittings were in a different position and I should have ordered one 2 inches bigger . I will have to put a on a fringe which I had not intended to. The actual fame was reasonably price but once carriage is added it a bit expensive”

“Did not match the photo on the web page which showed the plastic with a rim, so expensive for what it was and I had to pay postage and packing for something I could have got locally. However with regards to service the packaging was very good as was turn around time.”

“I have always found that Dannell’s give great customer service. Answering queries quickly. Easy to contact by phone or email. Products very good. I do feel cost of postage a little high now and would rather pay less and wait a bit longer to receive the items. I now have to order a larger amount of items to make it worthwhile placing an order.”
