“Really super customer service plus I failed to work out how to apply my 5% discount but they arranged it for me anyway. Delivery was also quick with plenty of updates and quality of material delivered was excellent. Thank you Dannells”

“The customer service was very helpful when I first got in touch. I then registered to BA able to claim discount off my first order but in the order process I could not enter the discount code so I did not receive the discount I expected. I then asked if it could be applied retrospectively but I have not had any reply, which is disappointing. Of this could be looked into again I would appreciate it. Thank you , Philippa Page”

“Really impressed with this kit. The company provide an online video with instructions as well as very clear, picture instructions in the pack. Everything needed to make up the lampshade is included in the pack which is great for first time users. Delivery was speedy & the price is very reasonable. I'm delighted with the shades I've made. Very easy to do. Thank you.”

“I recently found Dannells and decided to continue using them because their prices are reasonable. Without Dannells I could not budget for making my own shades.
