“Product great. However checkout says next day delivery. Ordered on a Thursday but received on Tuesday ! Not really next day!”

“A very good service from Dannells side - however DPD let the side down by delivering one part of the order to the correct address and the other part to a remote post office that was difficult to locate and I spent quite some time trying to locate it.”

“Only critisism is my order arrived in 2 packages on the same day, via same courier, an hour apart- waste of packaging, fuel etc. Would easily have fitted in the same parcel.”

“A very efficient service but putting the shade template in a box which can get squashed is not a gread idea. My template has a fold at one end which hopefully I'll be able to bend out.”

“So pleased with lampshade kit. My neighbour bought show flat which came with designer lamps but with plain shades. He gave them to me. So I covered them with Sanderson fabric and am now making cushions to match. They look superb friends think they cost over £100 each”

“I thought I'd ordered one pair with harp converter instead I received two lamp holders. So I had to order the washers again. And pay two lots postage otherwise they work fine”

“I bought two large lampshade kits. Initially I thought they were a little expensive but I was able to make custom lampshades at half the price of the shop bought equivalent . The instruction video was really helpful”

“Easy order process Goods arrived in good time. Problem with delivery company as order delivered in two separate drops, but not Dannell's fault. Goods arrived in good condition Nice follow up email to check all OK Would order again and recommend to friend”
