“Prompt service”

“2 lampshade kits successfully completed. Had some difficulty tucking the fabric behind the frames with the plastic tool provided but got there in the end.”

“The website is a bit slow and difficult to find what you want. Similar items are scattered. Otherwise the service was good and items well packaged.”

“Lampshade kit worked very well and I'm delighted with the result. I did need to refer to your video in addition to the printed instructions.”

“Excellent prompt service. I'm finding the pre-cut liners in the lampshade 'kits' are about 5mm too short to go around the frame circumferences [all sizes of drum] so they do not overlap enough for the seam tape and do start to pull apart. I've bought but not tried the flash adhesive for seams - yet. Also the liner depths do not increase on every diameter size so they are a bit shallow for the larger diameters. Good selection of products/accessories.”

“Good quality, will purchase again. I bought 4 sheets and it came as one big sheets. I would have preferred it cut to size.”

“Good delivery”

“Light shade kit was good. Quite easy to use. Needs two pairs of hands to roll both metal circles evenly onto the backing. I'd get them again.”

“Some errors in the delivery but the staff were great; apologetic and very helpful. Everything was rectified by the next day. I don’t want things to go wrong, but they sometimes do and Dannells sorted it out. Thanks.”

“Easy to follow instructions. I did have an issue with the kiss cut as it left the backing tape behind which was difficult to remove and didn’t leave a clean edge as shown in the video. Certainly easy for a first timer.”
