I could not fault the service and quality.
I was replacing a lampshade which had seen better days, unfortunately the fittings were in a different position and I should have ordered one 2 inches bigger . I will have to put a on a fringe which I had not intended to.
The actual fame was reasonably price but once carriage is added it a bit expensive
