“Quality items rec'd but I'm not crafty so made it up as I went along. Eventually succeeded in making a 2tiered fringe shade. Fringe (dance) from ebay and narrow acetate strip (cakes) and 2mm double sided clear tape from amazon - got there in the end. Good job on ceiling as up close looks like a 5 year old made it!”

“The blurb said 10 leds so I thought I was getting 10 bottle lights but 2 came Found it a bit misleading and more expensive than I wanted to pay as I was going to give friend 5 and myself It means 10 leds on length of wire!”

“I love the product. But I find the postage exorbitant especially as I only make for myself and friends. Although I order fairly frequently my orders are mostly single or a very small number of products, this makes my shades very expensive.”

“Bought some cool melt glue sticks for as stated a cool melt gun. Sticks dia. dimension were not in the description (they should be) They are slightly large then specified by the gun itself. But luckily they do fit.”

“My lampshade tools arrive in Australia quickly. I was disappointed that such small items were posted in a small pizza sized box. I would have thoughtit would have been much more economical if they could have posted in an envelope.”

“I initially ordered 5 solar lights, two of them did not work. I contacted the company and they kindly sent two new lights. I am disappointed with the quality of the lights and with at least two I had to replace the batteries. Overall not good value for money.”

“I’m always very pleased with my purchases for lampshade making from Dannells. However, I ordered a pattern template for your candle clip frames & it was too short around the lower ring by about 2cm!! I had to cut another one with the extra allowance which, of course, then altered to curve….”

“inners have been creased recently and also the score lines for inner panels are not snapping open to remove excess. The latter results in makers having to hand cut panels over the score lines which takes longer and seamstresses are unhappy with this!”

“Thanks for my recent order it’s been a while since I used your website and there was much more choice. I somehow managed to order 3 tiny rolls of ds tape. I’ve corrected it now and re ordered but it was easy to go wrong. I’ve used your site a lot and don’t usually get confused. Maybe clearer descriptions for number blind people. Large roll small roll. Etc.”

“Very disappointed to find that paying for next day delivery doesn’t mean next day delivery. If you read the very small print right at the bottom of all the Ts and Cs you’ll find that after they’ve made up the delivery which will take 2-3 days they then ship it next day. Not what I paid for at all and not what I’ve ever experienced from any other company. Definitely feel I was conned there.”

“Delivery is very slow, I pad for Royal Mail 24 hours and it takes over a week for you to dispatch the items which is very frustrating when you have orders waiting and paid extra for faster delivery and they don’t dispatch . This issue realy needs resolving as waiting over a week isn’t acceptable”
