Ordered a dress needed for a show. The dress arrived damaged, I notified Dance Direct and requested a refund seen as the dress replacement wouldn’t have arrived in time for when it was needed. Dance direct ignored my email and sent out a replacement, I then had the hassle of returning the dress which I did over a month ago - still no refund received. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored! I keep getting told a refund takes 14 days to process! I won’t be using this company again
