Very bad service, ordered a pair of jazz dance shoes and paid for next day delivery. 1 week later no shoes, emailed them because there is no telephone number. They dispatched the shoes on the Monday, 1 week after the first order, again next day delivery, did not arrive until the Wednesday

All I can do is apologise that you have not received the standard of service we pride ourselves on. I understand that the customer service representative that you were corresponding with has arranged for your postage costs to be refunded.

I am sorry you feel that our service was slow. You ordered on the 8th and the parcel was delivered on the 13th. There was a weekend between ordering and delivery and Royal Mail 48 hour service do not deliver over weekends.

According to the Royal Mail Tracking service this item was delivered. I will get a customer Service representative to look into this and get back to you.

I ordered a mystery bag clothing size S, which should come with 5 items. One of the items was related to feet size, which is completely unrelated to clothing size so it was way too small. I contacted Dance Direct customer support and spoke to Jennifer and she refused to send out another item in clothing size S. Would not recommend shopping here if you expect a company/shopping experience with reasonable customer support.

I am sorry you were not happy with the Mystery Bag. The contents are randomly selected and, as stated, "may include a selection of leotards, tights, dancewear essentials and other dancewear in the size you select." It is not limited to clothing. The value of the contents far exceeds the cost of the bag and I hope you can find someone who can make use of "the item related to foot size" and that the rest of the bag was satisfactory.

It was an unhappy shopping experience. Appointed forwarder misled the packing instruction. Less flexibility from Dance Direct to handle the refund process. Probably, I lose the right of refund due to the packing issue but it is sure an disappointed service and not recommended if my friend asked my experience.

Unfortunately the garments were returned to us in an unsaleable condition which is why we could not issue a refund. I can see there has been correspondence between our Returns Team and yourself. Please contact them if you want to pursue this matter.

I received my daughters ballet green dress see picture below! I can’t send it back as I’d already got rid of the packaging when it arrived and she didn’t try it on infill her class 5 days later.

Paid extra for next day delivery but they were not posted until the following day and I only ordered from here as my little one needed them for Dance class . Sent messages by email and on Facebook and no one has bothered to reply . Will not order again .

Item was ordered for next day delivery and it hasn’t arrived over a week later. Customer services can’t seem to be able to help and are just saying that they are trying to get hold of FedEx.

I have just looked at the tracking of your parcel on FedEx and it does appear to be lost. We do apologize and we are sending a replacement.

Site anormal une fois la commande est passée aucune communication possible, fais de livraison chère à la réception de l'article qui ne correspond pas du tout surtout la taille dommage, il fallait payer 15 euros en plus frais de douane alors que sur le site c'est marqué 0 frais. Une grosse arnaque 👎👎👎👎

I apologise for the surprise you had when your item arrived at your local customs. Unfortunately, the taxes and customs fees are out of our control. It does state in our terms and conditions on our website that these fees are applicable. On 13/12/22 we introduced a new service called IOSS, which means that all taxes are payable at our checkout. One of our customer service team members will give you a call to discuss this.

I bought a tutu from Spain. On the page it marked that in purchases below €150 there were no customs fees. It has come to me from customs that if I do not pay €50 for customs fees, they will not deliver the order. I sent you an email, you wrote to each other on twitter and no one has responded. Very bad customer service. If you buy from Spain, be careful because they will charge you tariffs.

I have checked the tracking and this is what it says.:- Tracking history Tuesday 06 December 2022 12:46 Item Received Bristol MC Thursday 01 December 2022 18:14 Sender despatching item As you can see we despatched your goods on the 1st but the Strike Action has disrupted all deliveries. Hopefully it will be with you soon.

I didn't receive my parcel yet and was told I'd received it in 3-5 working days - I've ordered it on the 27th Nov (Strikes are not started yet)
