We are sorry that you did not like the leotard. Nylon Lycra is not a thick fabric and as this style is not lined it does tend to be see through. Please feel free to return it for a full refund.

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. According to the tracking Fedex attempted delivery on the 7th and 8th but there was no-one home to take delivery. It is out again today.

I was disappointed that the next working day FedEx delivery was not made on time, despite paying extra for this. The shoes are much too small and I am returning them.

Unfortunately your order was placed after 8pm on the Friday night so was not processed until the Monday morning as we do not work weekends. I am sorry the shoes were too small.

Terrible customer service. Paid for next day delivery, took 5 days to arrive and then they wouldn’t refund my postage. Awful, avoid

Thank you for the review. I am sorry that the delivery was not as quick as you expected. When you pay for FedEx 24 hour upgrade option, orders are despatched within 72 hours of the order being placed and then delivery is within 24 hours of the despatch date, unless this happens to be a weekend. We cannot guarantee a next day delivery and am sorry if this is what you were expecting.

BEWARE MISLEADING Pay £6.50 for next business day, recieve 5 days later (too late for when needed) Complain and they send you a screenshot of their website which states 72 hours until dispatch!

Very disappointed In the quality of the jazz shoe they say real leather but my son has been having jazz shoes for years and these are very cheap looking even the laces seem they will snap at some point only bought as regular dance shop closed for a while will have to re spend on another pair which is disappointing my son can even tell the difference when wearing them would not recommend

Ordered dance bras. Both had no support at all and the the loops for the bra straps to clip into on both bras were sewn on the wrong way which the straps did not sit flat! Sending both back!

My duaghter is 120 in hight, and will be 6 in Deceber. I followed your size guide for a size 1 dancing dress. It is too small and I am afraid will not be suitable for two more months wearing given her growing perspectives. I don't know whether I should reture it (I already requested the return form), or buy a size 2 which could be too big accourding to your size guide. Please advice, Thanks, Susan P.s. I bought a royal blue dancing legging, Size1, Which legs are bit too long for her.

I am sorry that the dress did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. If the size 1 is too small you will need to get a size 2.

I had the very bad surprise of having to pay a 16 € tax to the postman to have my parcel delivered. My order was 37,1€ (+ 7,5 €transport), so a tax of almost 43% ! No idea why. This was not clearly announced (if at all) when I placed my order. I have accepted to pay this time, but this is clearly the last time I order anything from Dance Direct! !!

I apologise for the surprise you had when your item arrived at your local customs. Unfortunately, the taxes and customs fees are out of our control. It does state in our terms and conditions on our website that these fees are applicable. We are looking into introducing another delivery option that will mean that the taxes are included at the point of purchase. Once this option becomes available we will let our customers know.

We despatched the items early. They left here on Friday 30th but due to Royal Mail Strikes this was not delivered until Wednesday

Aucune réponse au tel, ni part mail. Je doit payer 10euro pour pouvoir récupérer ma commande alors que j'ai déjà payer les frais de port 7.50euro.

en plus de la commande reçu 2 semaines après, des frais de douanes sont facturés à hauteur de 18 euros. c'est terminé nous ne commanderons plus sur votre site bien que nous avions la possibilité de payer les frais moins cher via le site dans un délai bien déterminé mais bizarrement après plusieurs manipulations impossible d'accéder avec la N° DU COLIS. Pour ma part, je ne commanderai plus sur ce site

We always suggest you go up a size for most ballet shoes as well

On two separate instances I have ordered UK sizes (believe me I have triple checked!) and been sent the incorrect size as the pick is using the US size - so rather than get a child’s size 13 or 1 I’m getting a UK 2.5 or 3.5 which almost fit me. Highlighted to customer service was asked to provide photos. And then it happened again on a subsequent order!!!
