I am sorry you are not happy with the shoes. We will refund the cost of them when we have received your parcel. Please expect delays in returns processing as our returns warehouse is operating a strict covid-secure process. Returns will be processed in date order. Please allow us some time to work through them and you will receive an automated e-mail as soon as your return has been processed.

“Fast delivery, the tap shoes are comfortable.. you do get what u pay for.. I opted for the cheapest as my daughter only has tap for one term.. but the leather ones are worth the extra money for greater comfort and durability”
