“Items went missing in post and another item was not stated as being out of stock until after I purchased it and it was supposed to be sent. Replacement was offered at a smaller size which would have been no good for the user.”

Thank you for the review. I am sorry some of your order got lost in the post. We try to keep on top of stock issues but occasionally the item is not on the shelf although the system says we have it in stock which can be due to an incorrect pick or a miscounted stock take. We do try to offer suitable replacements but this is not always possible. We hope you will order again and look forward to your continued custom.
