“I bought two ‘surprise’ bags, small child and small adult, and was totally bowled over by the quality of the contents! Absolutely stunning value! Delivered promptly, no hassle whatsoever with ordering - I am delighted with my purchases and would 100% recommend Dance Direct to any dancer.”

“Ordering was quick, but no Returns form included with items received. Not always possible to print at home, therefore delay in returning goods. Major makes now have worse manufacturing which means sizing and fit is still very difficult to predict and 'true-sizing' is not actually accurate as stated. Leather is skimped on in shoes.”

If you are unable to print out the returns form please list the items being returned along with your name and address and invoice number on separate piece of paper. As far as the sizing issues are concerned as manufacturers all work to different sizing standards we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“Easy to use website and fast delivery, even with the Easter bank holidays. The quality of the leotard and shorts is great and the colours are lovely, even better than they look on the website. I am new to ordering so was unsure what size to order but the size guide really helped, the leotard is a perfect fit, the shorts are a bit small so will be exchanging for a bigger size but i have no doubt the return and re delivery will be just as quick abd efficient as before. My daughter absolutely loves her new leotard and wears it proudly to do her gymnastics.”

I am sorry that the jazz shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. If you want to return them please see the section Returns on the Dance Direct website which will tell you what to do.
