Really really pleased with the superbly fast delivery. Unfortunately your sizes are rather on the small side (I wish I'd spoken to other mums before ordering 1st now as they've found the same) Which has unfortunately meant I've had to re-order, costing me a 2nd delivery charge.

Not really.today is 20th and l haven't received goods l bought on 13october. Still waiting patiently..😏

I never received the order I placed due to an issue with the courier so had to buy from another supplier however, the customer services team at First Position were fab and arranged a quick refund so whilst I cannot comment on the item I had hoped for I cannot fault the customer service and this has not put me off placing further orders

Purchased size 8 children's balet shoes. When they arrived they were tiny more like a size 6 no way they were going to fit my daughter. However did not attend to return as the shoes were on sale so didn't coat enough to justify the hassle of returning

I can see the shoes that you have ordered we recommend to go up 2x your UK size when ordering between a C5-C8. We hope you continue to shop with us in the future :)

So far, the quality of the uniform and ballet slippers I purchased are good. My daughter has worn them once with no issues. My purchase came quickly and at a MUCH better price than was offered by the dance studio. That being said, the quality of the tights was not as good, thus the 3 star rating. After one wear, there was already a hole in the crotch of the tights. I'm not sure how many wears we'll get out of it, and she had only worn the tights for a little over an hour!

They sell good quality shoes and having free returns makes it worthwhile to shop with them. That said, their sizing is inconsistently given in different categories and even more difficult, the size it says on the first page then says something else on the order confirmation! Confusing and challenging, but with free returns it is not too much of a hassle to order a few and return those that don't fit.

The shoes came very quickly and were easy to order. However I am a solid 5.5 so ordered 7.5 as instructed. They didn't fit well even though they should have been medium fit they were tight across my toes. Didn't have time to send them back as exam was a couple of days later. Good news was I swapped them with my teacher for a size 6. Bad news was your shoes were prettier and softer and I wish I had ordered them earlier!

I am happy with the product, however standard postage is £3.50. I ordered on a thursday and didn't receive the item until Tuesday/Wednesday. The item was a pair of very small (size 2) high leg pants, therefore I can't understand how this warrants such a high price on postage. The item is too small for me so i now have to return the item, also, at the cost of myself. I think you should review your shipping charges.

Please accept our apologies that your parcel took a little while to reach you, the cost of delivery is the same for any item ordered and shipped on a royal mail 1st class service which usually arrives within a couple of days but can take up to 3-5 working days. The pair of jazz shoes that we ordered were too small (it didn't mention on the website to order a size bigger) - but First Position sent another larger pair by special delivery just in time so that my daughter could wear them for her performance.

we were extremely happy with the fast delivery ! 1 week from the UK to toronto -my friends daughters shoes fit perfectly according to the chart but my daughters did not - she is a 7.5 us ladies and we were advised to buy capezio jags in the 8- she tried the shoes in size 8 at a dance competron to be certain - these shoes are small and wondering if they were mis sized - she has to tape them to keep on her feet as they are stretched and fall off heels - you can tell stretched as the small holes show her white socks through to accomodate foot - no way she would be a 9

The items I ordered turned up very quickly. Unfortunately 3 packs of tights that I ordered were the wrong size and another pack was the wrong type. As I need them urgently for a dance show the wait for an exchange is too long so a twenty mile round trip to the dance shop needed. Disappointing when order pickers don't appear to check sizing details carefully enough. ????
