“It was my first time ordering some items from Dance Direct. It was very straight forward with many options.I do have to say finding the right size was abit tricky but most sizes are there.”

“My daughter bought some jazz shoes online, they were a size too small and I requested to return them which was dealt with immediately and was super easy. The thing is that I tried of the shoes before returning them and decided to keep them for my own dance lessons :) So I bought my daughter a new pair in a bigger size. The sizing chart is very accurate and I should have checked it before my first purchase. Very quick delivery and I’m very happy with the discount code I could use as well.”

“Easy to use website. Good choice of products and high quality products too and brilliant value! Quick delivery. Returns process is easy. Customer service was quickly responsive. Ordered all my Nephews dance items from here! No email when received a return item… unsure if that’s just a delay or process. Refunds within a reasonable timetable… all be no well goes back in no problem which given the service from Dance Direct so far I can’t for see any issues. Thankyou!!”
