“I submitted my order and immediately had email confirmation. My Granddaughter loves the warm up shoes which fit perfectly and they are an excellent quality and a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊”

“Costume was way too small. Messaged customer service who was like “yeah sorry our costumes run small” why bother to ascribe a clothing size to the costumes if it doesn’t actually match them and you’re aware of this?”

I am sorry that the costume did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I have passed this on to the Customer Services department.

“Great variety of clothes and accessories at even better prices, I had an issue with the Royal Mail delivery, Dance direct customer services were incredibly helpful and efficient, now I have the present my daughter has been after for ages! Winner winner Christmas dinner!”
