“First time ordered on here for my daughter starting dance college. Very prompt delivery and up to date emails. Having to return shoes as too small and returns process very easy. Awaiting replacement shoes. Would definitely order again”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards but I am pleased that the team sorted the problem for you.

“I placed an order with Dance Direct and ordered the wrong colour by mistake. After emailing customer service they amended immediately. The order arrived very quickly but due to being too tight I needed to order the next size up. It was easy to return and not wanting to wait for the exchange I ordered another pair. Again they arrived super quick and fitted perfectly. Excellent customer service and I will definitely order from DD again.”

“Website is easy to navigate and I got everything I needed for my Daughter, who was very happy with her new leotard and ballet, tap & jazz shoes. Everything fitted well so she will be more comfortable dancing. I have already recommended Dance Direct to the other dance parents.”
