“Fantastic dance store, ordered a costume carrier in the Friday, posted on the Saturday and received on the Monday. My daughter was so happy it arrived before her show. Great costume carrier good quality. Thank you. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered ballet shoes one size too big I thought to be on the safe side but when they arrived they were tiny and you can’t return. I was then advised by my daughters ballet teacher that you need to order two sizes up!”

I am sorry that the ballet shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. You can return the shoes free of charge if you follow the links on the website under Returns.

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We always suggest you go up a size for most ballet shoes as well

“On two separate instances I have ordered UK sizes (believe me I have triple checked!) and been sent the incorrect size as the pick is using the US size - so rather than get a child’s size 13 or 1 I’m getting a UK 2.5 or 3.5 which almost fit me. Highlighted to customer service was asked to provide photos. And then it happened again on a subsequent order!!!”
