“I ordered the wrong item, it was really easy to switch the items and return the old ones. Service was very quick. My only markdown is the limited availability of dance skirts for anyone who has waist size larger than 30. I'm a size 8/10 and waist size 31.5cm and there were only 2 options.”

“Good range, relatively simple returns process (would be nice to have a return form generated as part of the paper invoice, would spare the team my awful writing). But that said, returns are processed quickly. NB I return things as I order multiple sizes - have never had to return anything due to faults. Excellent response times on the occasions I’ve needed to mail in a question.”

“I ordered ballet shoes for my toddler with very narrow feet! The first pair we ordered were too small and needed returning. Customer service was great and the replacement were received quickly. Thanks”

“Hi, I am a little bit disappointed as when I ordered something I didn't get a confirmation so I ordered it again as I assumed it was an order error and I received 2 identival deliveries.If I received a confirmation earlier I would be able.to cancel one of them before dispatching. Hopefully I wouldn't have.to.pay extra for delivery.”
