“No problems for the 13and a half”

I am pleased that these jazz shoes were the right fit. . The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and it is difficult to get it right.

“On two separate instances I have ordered UK sizes (believe me I have triple checked!) and been sent the incorrect size as the pick is using the US size - so rather than get a child’s size 13 or 1 I’m getting a UK 2.5 or 3.5 which almost fit me. Highlighted to customer service was asked to provide photos. And then it happened again on a subsequent order!!!”

I am sorry you have had problems with the shoe sizes. I have asked the customer service team to contact you and make sure you get the correct size.

I am sorry you feel that the wait for the replacement is too long but we do state it can take up to 14 days to process returns. The exchange was processed yesterday and the replacement is due to go out today

“When I ordered, there were a couple of mix ups, as I was ordering for a dance school in Zimbabwe, Africa. The entire order was not completed and delivered at once, but I was not notified, however after a couple of different orders, we managed to get the correct goods. The ailing is awesome. But now I am awaiting a response from your customer service team to respond to an email and returns I’ve sent. Am awaiting eagerly. Otherwise I’m so happy with the products!”

“I have had my order arrive, but they have come up so small. I emailed at the weekend to do a return and replace but have had no reply?
